Barbara Allen
Executive Director

Barbara has served as the Executive Director of the SkillBuilders Fund since 2011.

Barbara works closely with the Board of Directors and with the Fund’s Executive Assistant to manage and maintain all aspects of the Fund’s grant making, including communicating the Fund’s Guidelines for Grant Seekers, Funding Priorities, Primary Areas of Interest, Fund Impact Goals, Grant Application Deadlines and Grant Reporting requirements to grant seekers and recipients.  She attends all Board and Committee meetings, performs site visits and also serves as the Fund’s representative to community outreach opportunities.

Jennifer Sullivan joined the SkillBuilders Fund in August 2012. She provides administrative support for the Fund, including Board and grant support. She coordinates and attends all Board and committee meetings and works closely with the Board Chair to handle daily tasks of the Fund. Jennifer works with the Board to assist with travel arrangements, Board meeting materials, and website maintenance. She coordinates with the accountant to fulfill all obligations.
