• Through innovative grant making with primary interest areas of employment, education and life skills.
• By investing in traditional organizations and programs with a history of achieving strong results, as well as in new organizations which seek to enhance the capabilities of women and girls to reach their full potential.
• By supporting programs that address the unique needs of women and girls in our community.
• By partnering with other like-minded entities to leverage the SkillBuilders Fund resources to achieve the greatest impact possible.
